CCBA FLS – JUNE 9, 2011 MEETING

The June meeting is our last meeting before we break for the summer so I will announce our new officers for the 2011-2012 year. The meeting following the June meeting will most likely be September 8, 2011 unless something important comes up over the summer.

TOPIC/SPEAKERS: “When Your Client Needs Financial Planning: how an investment firm, a bank, and an independent financial planner can help.” Helping family law attorneys offer options to our clients will be guest speakers: Andy Nygard with Edward Jones; Jennifer Rhoads, Director of Wealth Management with First Independent Bank; and, Mark Martel with Martel Wealth Advisors Inc.

WHEN: Thursday, June 9, 2011 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. is social time. The announcements and presentation begin at about 12:00 p.m.

WHERE: Tommy O’s, 801 Washington Street, Vancouver, in the lounge.
COST: The cost of the meeting will be $13.00 for lunch plus $5.00 for one CLE credit for CCBA FLS members. If you are not a member of the CCBA and FLS the cost is $13.00for lunch and $10.00 for the CLE credit. Judges, Commissioners, and speakers are always free of charge.
