CCBA FLS – January 11, 2012 MEETING
Our first meeting of 2012 will be next Wednesday. Dru Horenstein will be discussing “Why a QDRO is More Than a Retirement Asset”. She will show how a QDRO can be used to collect back child support, maintenance and related attorney’s fees. Dru will also discuss how a QDRO can be used to secure maintenance and child support in final orders and the possibility of using a QDRO to collect on a hold harmless provision.

WHEN: Wednesday, January 11, 2012 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 11:30 a.m. to 12:00p.m. is social time. The announcements and presentation begin at about 12:00 p.m.
WHERE: Tommy O’s, 801 Washington Street, Vancouver, in the lounge.
COST: The cost of the meeting will be $13.00 for lunch plus $5.00 for one CLE credit for CCBA FLS members. If you are not a member of the CCBA and FLS the cost is $13.00for lunch and $10.00 for the CLE credit. Please put your bar number on the checks. If you want to pay at the door, email Meredith at lawmer@mckellgraff.com with check numbers and bar numbers. Judges, Commissioners, and speakers are always free of charge.
